Our Mission - Business & personal
Businesses throughout the world are created with both a business and personal approach in mind. Typically, the business approach has a strong emphasis on the end result of consumer goods or processes, while the personal approach has a strong connection to empathetic and individual beliefs or feelings. Here at AGN, our approach has a strong balance of both business and personal approaches to conducting business with the end result of wishing to see your business grow.
BUSINESS APPROACH
Unfortunately, the majority of small businesses fail very early in their life cycle. Oftentimes, the owner is a professional in the industry she (or he) has chosen and is very capable at her profession, but she doesn’t have any experience in putting the necessary systems in place to run and maintain the back-end of a business.
Our team at AGN has many years of experience working in the back offices of small businesses in various industries. Throughout these experiences, we realized there was one central theme: bookkeeping was often neglected and undervalued.
Small business owners simply do not have the time to devote to working on their books, so they either don’t do them, spend as little time as possible on them, or ask someone else to do them that may not have much experience. This can lead to very expensive cleanups by a CPA prior to a tax return, but, more importantly, the owners aren’t able to gain any value by looking at their books monthly.
We formed AGN Business Solutions, LLC to help small businesses grow and thrive. We want to help put the systems in place to allow owners to become more profitable and have more free time to spend with their families.
PERSONAL APPROACH
Family was the inspiration for forming AGN. Our team is currently comprised of two young families with children. We understand how it feels to work so much that you barely see your family, only to make enough money to barely get by. We want to improve the lives of our families, the families of our customers, and the families of our future employees.
AGN has the ability to do this and would like to help you gain more time and build stronger relationships with your families.
